The ironing facilities in the room were a lifesaver for me as I had some wrinkled clothes that needed attention. the electric kettle and tea and coffee facilities were a nice touch, as I love starting my day with a hot cup of tea. the flat-screen TV in the sitting area was perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring the city. the free toiletries provided were of high quality and the washing machine in the room was a convenient bonus. Overall, the hotel exceeded my high expectations and I would definitely stay there again on my next trip to London.
